We were led to believe we booked in the main hotel, but upon arrival, we were directed to the annex across the road, which was misleading and unsettling. The room offered no views, only a building site, which felt oppressive and unsafe due to a lack of secure access. I faced multiple frustrating attempts to access hot water, especially in a room that promised a jacuzzi, yet was told compensation was not an option because we booked through a third party.

The views from our room were totally next level, especially the sunsets! The room was spacious and super quiet—couldn't hear a thing from the bar next door. Plus, we enjoyed the lekker brekkie and great Netflix selection, felt right at home!

Just a heads up, the dining hours were a bit of a miss, with no food until 2 PM, which isn't exactly ideal if you're starving in the afternoon.

The suite we stayed in had a private pool that truly enhanced our experience. The views from our balcony overlooking the sea were breathtaking, making our stay even more special. The staff members were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. We especially enjoyed the stunning pool view from the garden area, which added a beautiful touch to our afternoons.
